Moderated Panel Discussion: “The Israeli-Palestinian Impasse: What is the US Role?” A panel discussion from various viewpoints about the U.S. role in seeking a just and viable solution.

My view is to stop all foreign aid to the Zionist state of Israel, to Egypt, to stop bribing it not to attack Israel and all other countries since it is unconstitutional, counterproductive and we are $13 trillion in debt, by all definitions broke. We should bring all of our troops home from everywhere in the world and defend this country from invasion. (DM)

Honest historian and Austrian economist, Thomas Woods, has just written a brilliant, vitally needed book which may become the None Dare Call It Treason or the None Dare Call It Conspiracy of the 2010 election campaigns, Nullification: How To Resist Federal Tyranny In The 21st Century which may be ordered at It appears that this book is indispensable, especially for candidates for state office who believe in liberty. I am eagerly awaiting my copy.

Nullification is the concept which Thomas Jefferson and James Madison elucidated in the Kentucky and Virginia Resolutions in 1798 to oppose the blatantly tyrannical and unconstitutional  Sedition Act, part of the Alien and Sedition Acts which the Adams administration had passed during the hysteria of possible war with France. This, of course, is the same technique which the Bush administration used to pass the even more egregious violation of the Constitution, the USA P.A.T.R.I.O.T. ACT after the 9-11 hysteria, except that the Naval War with France was not an inside job.

Basically, the author of the Declaration of  Independence and the Father of the Constitution proposed that the state governments had the right and the duty to protect the lives, liberty and property of their citizens (the only legitimate purposes of government) from unconstitutional federal laws by refusing to enforce them within their sovereign states, according to Article One, Section Eight of the Constitution and the Ninth and Tenth Amendments of the Bill of Rights.

According to the reviews below, Dr. Woods has presented a history of nullification from 1798 until now, as well as necessary techniques which need to be implemented, including sequestration, withholding of federal taxes by the states and distributing what the fedgov needs for its constitutional functions, and interposition, preventing any fedgov agents from harassing the citizens of the states and punishing them appropriately if they do so. Candidates for state office this year, including legislative candidates may have the most important role to play of any candidates in a very long time.

You may have noticed that I have not listed those fedgov enactments which should be nullified. Primarily, this is because I do not have sufficient time and space to do so right now. However the “PATRIOT” Act and the other Bush-Clinton-Bush-Obama police state bills, every federal gun law since Roosevelt’s tax on machine guns, “Obamacare” formerly known as Socialized Medicine, the Internet Shutdown Act, (Knee)Cap and Trade if it passes and financial “reforms” which would allow the international banksters to pillage us more effectively, come to mind. I am sure that each of you can compose your own lists and send them to me.

If you are running for office, especially as a Libertarian or other pro-liberty candidate, your most important task is to read and understand this book. If you are a voter, you should read it, too. If you attend candidates’ forums ask every candidate if he or she has read it and whether they stand with the people or with the fedgov tyrants. Then give your time, energy and money and vote accordingly.

Below are several reviews of Dr. Woods’ liberty-saving book, with asterisks for those which I consider the most important.  *   *  *  *

I wish all of you a happy Independence Day. As you enjoy yourselves I encourage all of you to do everything you can to restore our national independence, liberty, peace and prosperity. Time is running out fast.
